5 lb bag of Shreds of Grace, packaged and sealed in 5mil mylar bag for long term food storage. Comes with 2-1500 cc Oxygen absorber packed neatly in a black 5 gallon bucket.

Our product is a soy protein concentrate (SPC,) the 5 lbs is dehydrated and after quick rehydration with water, broth, or stock, 5lbs turns into about 25 lb worth of protein.

You can keep it packaged as is, for your food preps, or open and repackage in your smaller food preps. Paired with rice and cooked at the same time and in the same pot makes a easy protein packed super rice, saves on water and time compared to dry beans. Great for repacking to use backpacking, camping, natural disaster emergency supply, or any other preparedness situations.

Shelf stable tested at 5 years, our product has only been produced for 6 years, so only has been tested for 5 years. With proper long term storage techniques we believe it will have the same shelf life as rice and beans.

I thought it would last longer :)

Such a convenient source of protein with a great protein/calorie ratio and easy prep. Plus it tastes great and absorbs sauces super easily. Even if you don't go through the process of boiling it, I honestly put it in a bowl with some water and it microwaves in only a few minutes. I use it easily every day, now that I bought the bulk size.

The "down" side is that it's too convenient to be healthy... I'm almost through my first bucket, and it's only been a few weeks :D

We love it so much we needed 5 pounds!

My wife and I are big fans of the shreds of grace and have gone through several shipments of the individual bags. When I saw the 5# bag on the website, I first chuckled to myself about it... then decided to buy it. We love using the Shreds of Grace for so many recipes: Taco Tuesday, Brazilian Salpicão com frango (without the frango ;)), spicy homemade dan dan noodles, and many more. This five pound bucket will take us a few months to eat, but it is great to have it in the pantry and not worry that we are about to run out.
