Our product is a soy protein concentrate (SPC,) the 5 lbs is dehydrated and after quick rehydration with water, broth, or stock, 5lbs turns into about 25 lb worth of protein.
This is perfect to refill your food grade bucket of Grace, or just to have 5lbs without having to extra expense for the bucket!
Shelf stable tested at 5 years, our product has only been produced for 6 years, so only has been tested for 5 years. With proper long term storage techniques we believe it will have the same shelf life as rice and beans.

Love these so much, and have become a loyal customer. I decided to get the bulk 5lb order because I eat these pretty much every day. They take on the flavor of whatever they are cooked in and that allows you to control how much salt, sugar, and fat goes along for the ride. As someone who has to be careful with sodium intake, I have to pass on many delicious mock meats, due to the exorbitant sodium levels, but with Say Grace I can enjoy the meaty texture, excellent protein profile, without the added garbage. Please please please, do not discontinue your products, they have been a game changer for me, as a plant based eater. I really think these will help folks who are missing the textures of meat. They are very-chicken like in overall texture.
