5 lb bag of Bits of Grace, our product is a soy protein concentrate (SPC,) the 5 lbs is dehydrated and after quick rehydration with water, broth, or stock, 5lbs turns into about 25 lb worth of protein.
This is perfect to refill your food grade bucket of Grace, or just to have 5lbs without having to extra expense for the bucket!
Paired with rice and cooked at the same time and in the same pot makes a easy protein packed super rice, saves on water and time compared to dry beans. Great for repacking to use backpacking, camping, natural disaster emergency supply, or any other preparedness situations.
Shelf stable tested at 5 years, our product has only been produced for 6 years, so only has been tested for 5 years. With proper long term storage techniques we believe it will have the same shelf life as rice and beans.

Very thankful for the great team at SayGrace keeping me fueled
Say Grace is the first protein supplement I've found that checks all my boxes. It's vegan, low-sodium (while being high potassium), a complete protein source on its own with crazy macros, cheap, clean (little to no heavy metals per the CoA they graciously shared with me), and no prep time (I pour it dry into a big bowl of food). Even has a high amount of fiber. The only downside is the high amount of iron, but that just keeps me consistent with giving blood. Everything I've tried from Say Grace has been good, but the bits are my favorite (especially if you're going to be eating them dry / no prep like me). The team are very responsive over email as well regarding questions. I really can't say enough good things about Say Grace and their products, and I plan to be ordering from them for a long time.
As someone trying to build muscle and eat clean and vegan, Say Grace was a Godsend! I prepare all meals and am on a budget so I was looking for a healthy full protein source without a whole lot of extra ingredients that was also easy to prepare. I found out about Say Grace through the vegan fitness community and was eager to give it a try. Not only was I extremely happy with how simple it was to incorporate into SO MANY MEALS (taking on any and all flavors!) but it’s super tasty too! Additionally, I have a very sensitive stomach & currently limited to what I can eat because of the state of my guy and Say Grace is easily digestible. I love knowing how much care they put into their product and I will be a consistent customer!
I eat Bits of Grace like granola in my protein yogurt! It's crunchy for a long time!
Although omnivores shouldn’t ignore it. It’s nutritionally dense, loaded with protein and fiber, the texture works in most dishes as a meat replacement and it is flavor neutral, which gives it versatility. It has worked in every type of dish I’ve used it in…stir-fry, soups, stews, Tex-Mex. It’s been a game changer for me, much easier to prepare than tofu. Highly recommended.
