I appreciate the bundle as an opportunity to try the different textures/sizes of Say Grace TVP - we used the shreds in a vegan version of beef bourguignon and it was great. I definitely feel this TVP cooked up really nicely, tender (prefer the texture over soy curls). I have yet to try to nuggest and bits, but looking forward to them. Will definitely order again :)
