6oz bag Filet of Grace. Each filet is 6g dry and about 30g after hydration. There's about three filets per serving. The Filets of Grace are the same as all of our Say Grace proteins, Soy Protein Concentrate baked into the familiar form of a smaller chicken filet. Great for wraps, sandwiches, and chickless parm.
All of our products are dehydrated and shelf stable.
